Login / Create Account

To log in to Credit Onboarding or create a new account go to https://creditsafe.harbr.com

Harbr supports passwordless log in / create account, a secure way to handle authentication through email.

Simply choose Login with Email and check your email for the secure login link.

Org Templates

Customers subscribed to Premium Orgs are given access to a number of enhancements primarily focussed on consolidating applications, settings, and other data for sharing/templating and viewing/editing.

Each account in your Premium Org is available to select from the Org Templates menu.

To view Org Template settings such as: Preview Application, Edit Application, Customize Legal, Notifications, Company Profile, and API Settings - Simply choose the account from the menu and then select the settings you wish to view.

When viewing an Org Template you will be given the option to Clone those settings to your accounts settings.

Dashboard

Premium Orgs will be granted access to an Org Dashboard where all accounts and applications are consolidated for viewing and downloading. Dashboards in Free accounts will only have a single account view for approving and downloading account applications.

Creating A New Company Profile

To setup a company profile navigate to the Company Profile menu item on the left-side of the page.

From here you can set up your Company Name, Primary Brand Color, and your Company Logo.

Primary Brand Color accepts all web standard notation for color, i.e. HEX, RGB, HLS, and default colors such as "steelblue", "gray", "red" etc.
Add a logo by uploading an image file. Choose file accepts all web standard image file types, i.e. JPG, PNG, SVG, etc.

Reports & Notifications

Applications are always accessible in your Dashboard. They are also sent to the emails listed under Distributions as applications are submitted.

Distributions accept multiple email addresses separated by a comma (i.e. lender_demo@harbr.com, staff@harbr.com).
Abandonment Duration is the amount of time in minutes, after which an abandonment email will be sent to Distributions. The abandonment timer will begin once a user has started an application and resets each time a user progresses.
To disable abandonment notifications, enter 0.

Notifications can also be set up for Approvals .
When enabled, applications that are updated to an Approved status in the Dashboard will send an approval email to the Primary Contact of the application.

Ensure that Primary Contact Email has been set as a Field Setting type. This is the email the automation will use to send the approval email to.

Customizing the app

You can customize practically every element, section, and input fields in the Credit Onboarding application to suit your needs. Navigate to Edit Application .

To embed the application into your website(s) copy the code starting at the beginning <script> tag all the way through to the ending </div> tag and paste the code into your website wherever you want it to be displayed. The application will automatically resize and fit into the containing element it is inserted in to. Navigate to Preview Application to view what your user will experience.
Indicates that the corresponding field is hidden in the app. Click to toggle.
Indicates that the corresponding field is shown in the app.
Indicates that the corresponding field is not a required field in the app (the user does not have to fill it out).
Indicates that the corresponding field is a required field in the app (the user must fill it out).
If all fields within a section are hidden, the section will be skipped. The exception is that Section 1 (Applicant Information) and Section 5 (Trade References) cannot be skipped.

Field settings now include several options for assigning input types to your application inputs. Here's a quick rundown:

Text: A single-line input field for plain text.
Textarea: A multi-line input field for longer text entries.
Select: A dropdown menu that lets users choose one option from a list. (A note on setting up a Select below).
Email: An input field specifically for email addresses.
Number: An input field for entering numeric values.
Currency: An input field for entering currency values (Will validate for currency format).
Tel: An input field for telephone numbers.
Date: An input field for selecting a date from a calendar popup.

A note on Select input types.

The first line is the Name or Title of the input. This is what is displayed to the user.

Each line after the first line is an option that the user can choose.

Customizing Legal: Terms & Privacy

Navigate to Customize Legal to customize your terms and conditions and privacy policy / terms of use backlink URL.

The contents of the large Terms & Conditions textarea will be displayed to the user on the Authorization regarding consent section of the Credit Onboarding application process.
Enter in the URL that you want to redirect the user to when clicking the terms and conditions backlink.
When enabled, the Require Signature Consent option will display a textbox where the user must type in their name to proceed.
