The fine print

Upon original offer or counteroffer acceptance funds are immediately authorized for automatic debit no more than 72 hours prior to the agreed payout terms.
In case of non-sufficient funds (NSF) debits will be automatically re-attempted 24 hours after original NSF. NSF notifications will be issued via email to the debit account holder.
Should NSF occur upon second debit attempt credit account holder is notified and Early Payment Discount is withdrawn.
All additional fees resulting from NSF are the responsibility of the debit account holder.
All fees are paid per successful offer transaction, one-time only.
